New location for Togo’s Sandwiches in El Centro, California. The translation of corporate requirements into a confined tenant space in El Centro posed specific design challenges. The resulting space is well defined and breathes new light into an existing space.

Renovation of an old bank building into mix-use facility housing a real estate office and Einstein Bagels. Renovation included full interior gut including back of house, sales area, restrooms, office space and reuse of existing vault for storage space.

Complete remodel of 1960’s house to include full commercial kitchen, bar, interior and exterior patio seating. Guests enter through the renovated courtyard complete with working fireplace and roll-up garage doors.
