Conceptual design for a single-family LEED for Homes house overlooking Sunset Cliffs. The building orientation, along with daylighting and thermal mass were crucial considerations for the passive solar design including the incorporation of renewable building materials.

Conceptual design for a mix-used project located in the Point Loma neighborhood of San Diego. Solar fins and building massing help with the passive solar design concept including building orientation on the narrow lot.

Single-family home remodel including the removal of interior walls, new windows, roof, interior layout changes (kitchen and bathrooms) and new finishes throughout. 

Remodel of existing 950 square foot bungalow which included the addition of 500 square foot master bedroom, bathroom and kitchen expansion.
